Carefully place the items in their original GENEVE 1989 box and seal the package securely to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
